This registration form collects your name, contact details, address, appliance information, purchase details and a receipt image for TW & Company to record your registration and support warranty enquiries.

Submitted registrations are stored in Azure Table Storage, with receipt images in Azure Blob Storage, and may be reviewed by authorized staff. The address selection service receives only province and municipality codes to retrieve public address lists.

Please enter only information needed for your registration. Keep your original purchase receipt; completing this form does not itself confirm warranty coverage.
